4 6 to 8 oz. fillets farmed salmon Marinade: 1 cup orange juice 1/4 cup minced ginger 1/4 cup chopped scallion 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce 3 tbsp. fresh lime juice 2 cloves garlic, mashed 2 tbsp. ponzu sauce Garnish: Fine chopped scallion Orange zest |
| Directions: | Combine marinade ingredients and incorporate. Place salmon in marinade and refrigerate for three to four hours. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Reserve marinade and slow roast salmon to medium rare. Meanwhile, strain solids from marinade. Bring marinade to a boil, lower heat, and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until reduced. Plate salmon, spoon reduced marinade over the top. Garnish with scallion and orange zest. |
