| Ingredients: |
1 ea. 12” pre-baked pizza crust 1/2 c. prepared Alfredo sauce 1/2 c. spinach chiffonade 4 oz. farmed salmon, pre-cooked 1 c. shredded Mozzarella Cheese 1/4 c. finely shredded Parmesan cheese |
| Directions: |
-Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the top of the pre-baked pizza crust. -Sprinkle the spinach chiffonade evenly over the top of the pizza. -Flake the salmon into bite size pieces and sprinkle it over the top of the pizza. -Generously cover the pizza with shredded Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. -Place in a 350˚F oven for about 8 minutes until everything is warmed and the cheese is starting to turn a nice golden brown. -Allow the pizza to set for a couple minutes before slicing. |
