| Ingredients: | Marinate fish in orange zest and juice, garlic, ginger, green tea and salt and pepper for about an hour in the refrigerator. Remove and save marinade. Coat salmon filet in toasted and crushed pumpkin seeds, place in a 350° oven for about 15 minutes or until fish is done. Make sauce from reserved marinade, honey and white wine vinegar by combining all in a saucepan and reducing until it coats the back of a spoon and is a nice sauce consistency.
