Ingredients: 6 oz Farm Salmon
Sriracha Sauce 2 oz
Garlic 1 tsp-emincer
Serrano Pepper-half pepper-fine julienned
Chablis Wine-4 oz
Clarified Butter-2 oz
Lemon Juice-1 tsp-freshly squeezed
Yields 1 serving
Directions: In a sauté pan add 2 oz clarified butter, sear salmon in butter for 3 minutes or until cooked half way through
Reduce heat to medium and flip salmon
Add Serrano peppers and garlic sauté for 1 minute
Add Sriracha sauce and lemon juice and deglaze with wine
Finish in oven for another 3 minutes or until and internal temperature of 145 degrees is met
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
