Ingredients: 2, 6 oz fillet Salmon marinated in teriyaki sauce.Half cup of pinneapple seasame seed oil salt and pepper.crushed red pepper. 1 Cup of purple tye rice. 1/4 cup of dried fruit. Half cup of mixed greens. seasame ginger dressing
Directions: marinate salmon in teriaky sauce for 20 min. cook salmon in seaseme seed on each side for 3 min. add diced pineapple. boil rice with a tsp. butter. then place rice in middle of plate with two salmon fillets over lapping each other and put glaze on top of salmon. place greens on top of rice and add dried fruit to greens. add seasame ginger dressing to greens as well.
