2 6oz Salmon filets 2 Shallots - minced 1 Leek - julienne 2 Sprigs Fresh Thyme 1/2 Tsp Fresh Ginger Salt to taste Pepper to taste |
| Directions: |
Cut Parchments paper into large heart shape then fold in half. Place vegetables on one side of the paper. Lay the fish on top. Fold the other side of the paper over and onto the portion containing the food. Crimp the sides of the paper in sections 1 - 2 inch long. Continue this working around the edges of the package until completely sealed. Bake in a 400 oven for 15 minutes. Take out of the oven. Let rest for 3 minutes. Serve. |
