4 Salmon Filets 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 1.5 Tbsb Bals Vinegar 1 Tbsp Cornstarch 1 1/2 Tbsp Brown Sugar 1/2 Tbsp Orange Juice 1/2 Can Chicken Broth |
| Directions: |
Preheat oven at 350˚F Salt and pepper salmon on both sides. Put salmon in baking dish. Add some of olive oil bake and bake about 15 minutes until it flakes. For the Orange Glaze Mix the brown sugar, Cornstarch, Balsamic Vinegar, Orange Juice, and the Chicken Broth. Pour it in a saucepan, and cook at medium temperature while stirring. |
